Partner Jessie D. Rawlings Featured in PA Family Lawyer

  • February 14, 2025
  • Announcements, Jessie D. Rawlings, Publications
Founding Partner, Jessie D. Rawlings, Esquire

We’re pleased to share that our partner, Jessie D. Rawlings, recently contributed a case note to the Winter 2024 issue of the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, a publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section.

Jessie’s article, titled “Just Because Grandmom and Granddad Open Their Home That Does Not Mean They Open Their Pocketbook”, examines the legal nuances of the Mazzarese v. Mazzarese case. This case explores the circumstances under which a court might consider grandparents’ income when calculating child support obligations, particularly when those grandparents have primary physical custody.

This publication in the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer highlights Jessie’s knowledge and engagement in the field of family law. It’s a valuable resource for legal professionals in Pennsylvania, and we’re proud to have Jessie’s insights included.
